Chef Adam
Born & raised in south Florida, I began my passion and love of food at an early age. Florida was a spectacular melting pot of different cultures and cuisine. My mind immediately gravitated towards the freedom and elegance with flavors and techniques. I later moved to North Carolina, where I was able to truly experience the love and simplicity of true southern cooking. I was able to get myself started right away on my craft as a chef.
Learning to butcher meat in the early stages of my career helped me eventually transition into working in respectful hotels, working under several different elite chefs. Attention to detail on our dishes sparked the passion even more: everything on the plate must compliment one another. I began to merge my work into an overall outlook on how I carry myself, in all aspects of life.
I settled down years later with my wife Rebecca, and we began to build and work on our happy and healthy family. Feeding the people will always be my biggest passion. Nothing brings people together better than some amazing food and great music! I have been in the industry for over twenty years as a chef, and my love for it has grown each day. Making a special connection with your food to someone is always a memorable experience.
